This steam belt dryer is a commonly used continuous drying equipment, which can be widely used in food, medicine, building materials, electronics and other industries, especially suitable for drying flake, strip and granular materials with good air permeability.

1. The equipment is made of SUS304 stainless steel, with exquisite appearance, good structural strength, stable conveying and safe operation of materials.

2. This equipment adopts by high temperature resistant PP nylon mesh belt or stainless stell mesh, which has the advantages of beautiful appearance, high temperature resistance, non-toxic, wear-resistant and easy to disassemble.

3. The conveying speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion.

4. This machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate.

5. The bracket structure is made of high-strength profiles, multi-position linear welding, and the structure is firm.

6. The leveling feet are made of Φ50 large-diameter high-strength stainless steel foot plates for stability and adjustment.

7. The motor and reducer has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, corrosion resistance, easy assembly and disassembly, and low working noise.

8. The conveyor belt are designed with pp plate wear-resistant strips ,both sides and the bottom, which can prevent material from being rubbed and reduce the wear of the conveyor chain plate to increase the service life

9. The bearing seat adopts the vertical bearing seat. This part is a general-purpose part, which can be assembled and disassembled quickly and has a long service life.

10. The conveyor belt support is made of special wear-resistant strips. The lower part of the conveyor belt is equipped with a supporting shaft roller to realize the smooth transition of the conveyor belt, effectively reduce the friction of conveying, and prolong the service life of conveying

11. The driving and driven shafts are made of solid round steel welded at both ends of SUS304 thick rectangular tube, equipped with special engineering plastic wheel drive.

12. The drying medium is steam, equipped with a heat exchange device, and equipped with a drainage fan and a wind deflector to make the temperature in the drying room uniform.
